If your quick you can take a look at a Gameplay video of the first level of Duke Nukem forever, I say quick as there is a good chance that this footage will be taken down in a few hours.
Anyway it looks like Duke Nukem Forever is already finished in development terms, so if you like what you see the game is released on the 10th of June.
